Receipts
Our service does not issue payment receipts as some payment methods involve commercial confidentiality or contain sensitive information. If you require a receipt, it's important to clarify this with our support team in advance (before completing the payment).
In exceptional cases, where funds have not been credited to the client’s account within the specified timeframe (according to our regulations or the bank’s), a receipt may be provided upon submission of a statement confirming that the payment was not successfully processed.
